Swapping the Option and Command keys in Windows 7.

I was just wondering if anyone knew a simple way of swapping the option and command keys in Windows. By default, the command key is the windows key and the option key is the alt key which is really awkward since they're not in that configuration on a normal PC keyboard. I keep accidentally hitting windows key ;x.
