Swapr - swap body parts! Fun photo app, need feedback.

Hi, i have just launched a new app to App Store called Swapr, what it simply does is like the folding man game but with real photos. So you take a photo of yourself or of a friend and you can swap the body parts with either your locally photos, or you can switch with friend added inside the app, or globally where you swap body parts with anyone in the entire world who submitted using the app.

I would really like some feedback what you think of the app, and how i could improve it!
