I'm looking to delete the default apple keyboard but when I do, I realize that Swiftkey doesn't have the Siri dictation option. I was wondering is it possible to use the dictation option without the Default apple keyboard? If so, how can I do this? It's pretty annoying to have to switch between 3 keyboards.

Thanks!

Just came across the same realization while using the Swype keyboard. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed!

Are there any 3rd party keyboards that have the dictation mic button on them? Until then im using the stock keyboard.

No. Apple doesn't allow developers access to the voice dictation API as of now.

Thats terrible. Why would they do that?

Maybe it was so that people would simply use Apple's keyboard.

That's the main reason I promptly uninstalled SwiftKey- no voice dictation.

I think the stock keyboard is really great now especially with the predictive text added. Still needs some work, but nothing is perfect.
