The last few times I have swam the watch fails to register distance/lengths at all on the screen, after which I finish the activity and the correct info is displayed on the summary (so it has been counting fine). It keeps doing this unless I reboot the watch then the problem is solved. I guess the remedy is to reboot before I get in the pool but it is a re occurring bug which could do with being resolved. Anyone else have this problem (happening on the last two software updates)

Sounds like you've been doing this for a while & that is used to work, so I'm assuming it's not this, but are you putting it in locked mode while you swim? If not, the water hitting the screen could be messing up what you see. Especially since the watch is still calculating the mileage.

Yes, it does that automatically once pool swim is started. Rebooting and fiddling around while I'm in the pool is certainly a faff!
What happens also sometimes pre reboot is if start a new swimming activity the distance jumps to 2000m before I have even started so must be software.
