Swipe on clock mode sometimes not working

I am new to Apple Watch. I bought the series 7 45mm and is now running watchOS 8.3.

I am experiencing an intermittent issue that only gets solved on a reboot: when on the watch face the swipe down (notifications) and swipe up (control center) do not respond. Other functions are ok, namely change watch face, access button features, etc.

I believe this to be a software bug, but would like to know if I am the only one experiencing this issue.

Update:

it seems other user also found the problem in previous watchOS, I have disabled zoom (was enabled) and will see how it goes.

Mine exhibited the same behaviour usually after being played with by a little kid ?

It is an old bug if you have zoom enabled. Thought it was fixed, so it is regression, if it is a problem again ☹️

Good point. I just turned off zoom on the Watch.
