Swipe to go back

I missed a couple of minutes of the keynote and I saw a Tweet saying you could swipe to go back.

I know you can do that in Mail in iOS7 but wasn't sure you could do it throughout the OS. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else yet so it's not true is it?
