Swipe up to go home instead of App Library

Is this a setting somewhere?

Right now if I open an app from the App Library and I swipe up to leave the app I get placed back into the App Library and I have to either swipe up again or swipe right to go back home.

Is there a setting so i can swipe up and go home directly skipping the App Library?
