On my 12 PM running 14.2.1, whenever I try swiping home from any app, 9 times out of 10 it stops for a second and either continues to then go home or sometimes actually launches the app switcher.

This is always when I swipe from the bottom up to go home quickly so I’m confused as to why it’s so delayed and even launches the app switcher when my finger has been off the screen. Is this a known bug?
 
Yep, this is still a thing in the latest version of 14.3. I made a post about it over in that thread and a few people responded saying they were seeing it as well.

All we can do is hope they push a fix in the next release.
