iPad Pro Swiping up issue on apps m4 pro ipad

I have the newest iPad 11” pro m4 chip. Swiping up to rid the app I am on takes multiple swipes. Not smooth at all like my previous iPad Air. I am on 18.7.1. Do not want iOS 26 yet. Anyone having this issue? Thanks. Paul

Same issue on our iPad 11" Pro M4 too. I also have a 13" M4 Pro but it's not as bad on that. I was just attributing it to the small bezels on the 11", but reading your post is making me rethink things.
