I just got a swissgear backpack for my 15" macbook pro and I'm not liking some things about it. I feel like it's puttting a lot of unnecessary pressure on my macbook, while not really protecting it.. Has anyone ran into these problems? Should I return it for another bag?

If you don't like it, take it back.

I love my Swissgear backpack that I bought at the Apple store a year and a half ago. It has protected my laptop while being comfortable and sturdy and is the first backpack to last longer than a year for me.

I agree. Every backpack will fit every person differently. If it's uncomfortable take it back. I'm personally a fan of the outdoor products power pack.

Great Pack

I have used two different MacBook Pros with my Swissgear pack. I've had up to 40 pounds of stuff in my pack before. It's fallen off chairs and been dropped once or twice, and always protected my laptop.
