hi.
running two Apple Watches with my iPhone 13pro. All three devices use the same plan, but with different eSIM Profiles (i double checked, that all three devices use their own/separate eSIM profile!). So basically, this setup works pretty much as expected, BUT...
Every time, i switch the watch, the watch wont activate the cellular part on its own: I have to access the Watch app on the phone and enter the cellular section: it takes one, two or three seconds and the statistics are shown and the watch shows/activates the cell connection pretty instantly.
So if i switch the watch in the evening, it still is necessary in the next morning for example, to check the watch-apps cell section just once and all is back to 'normal', meaning, cell on the watch instantly is activated and working on the watch again.
i talked to German Telekom (TMobile), they were pretty clueless (as myself) and they pointed to Apple =)
This behaviour is following me from the first time, i had a second watch with a cell plan connected to my iPhone. The behaviour 'survived' different generations of iPhones and different generations of Watches. i even reinstalled my iPhone once from scratch again (holy.. what a pita...), but this odd behaviour remained and stayed with me.
My question would be: is this maybe a "me-specific" behaviour? Or is this more or less common?
Thanks for Your time, Your thoughts or ideas,
schlupps

wish to watch three Swiss Swatch watch switches.
Which Swiss witch-bitch which wishes to be a switched Swiss witch-bitch, wishes
to watch which Swiss Swatch watch switch?
