iOS switch control in table view programatically

I have 2 queries

1) How to add a ON/OFF switch control button programmatically in a table view? I have gone through the UICatalog application code but still i am facing problem.

2) How to use checkbox in a tableview?can we have multiple selection?

please provide if possible.
