Switch from AT&T personal to business

The business pricing is about the same, but would I lose my unlimited data if I were to make the switch? I am getting married and my fiancee and I would like to combine plans without having to switch numbers (our numbers are from opposite sides of the country) and a business account allows you to have different area codes from different regions. Has anyone done this before?

Yeah I did that exact thing to keep 4 different area codes. It's kinda ridiculous you have to do it, but it works. I was able to keep unlimited data with no problems. The hardest part was finding an AT&T rep who knew how to do. Got a lot of "we can't do that, sorry" before I found a good rep who got it handled. My only real gripe is with the business website. It's clunkier and harder to find stuff that's the consumer site and your myATT app won't work with it. Good luck.
