I use quicken 2011 on my mac via vmfusionware--i've used quicken for years. I'd like to switch to a mac based program. I need to be able to:
print checks
print reports like P&L
have categories and classes
print reports that will show classes (ie. the yearend total rent figure plus the rent for each property on one report)
print comparison reports --compare one time period to another

I don't need to track investments.

I asked on the ibank forum whether the type of reports i need can be done w/ibank, but i have not had a response.

any suggestions for a reliable program that can do what i need?
