So, I've had my RAZR for about a year now, and it is starting to die on me. It's breaking, and the screen just doesn't work as well as it used to. Also, in the past year, I've started to be working with a lot more emails everyday, and I think that it would be a good move for me to move to some sort of smartphone.

My plan with Cingular is only one year old, and it is a family plan, where I am not the primary line. I want to get the full web access that a blackberry or other smartphone offers, and I want to be able to use the email to its full potential.. My plan right now is 1000 anytime minutes, unlimited night and weekend, 1000 text messages, and unlimited internet.

If I switch to a blackberry, is that plan going to work?

Can I buy the phone off of ebay or somewhere else, or do I have to get it from Cingular?

If I do need to buy it from Cingular, can I get a deal on it?

I really appreciate any help you guys (and girls) can offer!!!
