switch off trash and spotlight on USB drives

Is there some global way to switch of trash and spotlight for any USB connected drives?

Fed up with USB drives getting cluttered with junk when you can see when you connect it to windows machines. Microsoft are smart enough not to use recycle bin for USB drives.

Same with the hidden dot files. Something along the lines of it it's formatted FAT32 then don't use all the apple extras.
