Switch Sim between iPhone 5s & iPhone 6 Plus

I'm planning to upgrade to iPhone 6 Plus but wanna keep my iphobne 5s and wondering if I can switch sim's between phones on the times I don't wanna carry a big phone, like at the gym, running..etc.
