I ordered a TRIM case for my iPhone 4S on 11/2 and they emailed me to say it was on back order and told me I could upgrade to anything I wanted. I want the TRIM case, so I didn't tell them I wanted to upgrade. Did they cancel my order or will they eventually ship it when it comes in stock?

you'd probably have to go look at your order on the website, however if they haven't emailed you to tell you that your order has been canceled in most cases you will still get the item
