Switcheasy Nude Disappointment

After hearing about the switcheasy nude last week, I received it today. (I ordered it on Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today) Upon opening it, I was extremely disappointed that the clear case was visibly scratched in several places in the back of the case. I doubt it was from shipping due to the tank of plastic that it was shipped in. I immediately e-mailed customer service since there is no phone number listed and asked to have it replaced. I will update the post with my progress but wanted to suggest that you carefully inspect your case when you first buy it.

my speck candy shell has photo hazing issues .. was hoping the switcheasy nude would be better .. hope mine doesn't turn out like that .. not many cases for the iphone4 right now that are good .. who knows what these manufacturers are doing
