Switched to Lion, lost iCal side menu...

My boss recently switched to Lion and lost the sidebar in iCal. Is there any way to restore this? I appreciate any help you can give with this.

Are you referring to the column with different calendars? It's now under the + button in the left top corner.

The listing of all the calendars has been moved to the "Calendars" button near the top left corner.
