Hi All,
Recent switcher here (LOVING my Mini!) with a question. There's a web service called e-fax that allows you to:
-sign up for a phone number in your own area code
-receive faxes to that number (they come to your email as an .efx document which are opened from within the efax reader client)
-send faxes from your computer (to the recipient they look like they came from the phone number you signed up for)
Here's the tricky part: in the client efax made for the PC, you can annotate the .efx documents. So for example if someone faxes you a form you can fill it out on screen, save it, and fax it back to them. No printing, no scanning, etc.
BUT the client they made for the Mac can only read .efx documents (and send them) but cannot annotate them. This is an enormous missing feature - one I'd seek out if possible in another product.
Can you suggest a Mac program/service that does what I need? I need to be able to electronically anotate faxes that come in.
Oh - and I don't have a 'regular' land line to use with this nor do I want to get one.
Thanks!
TM
