I live in Thailand. I have an iPhone 14 Pro on iOs 26.1
I remember when it was relatively easy to switch app stores. I did it in the past to download a Toyota app for my car purchased here and to download some Garmin products that were Thai only.
It now seems that Apple has made it very difficult. To change stores you have to cancel all your subscriptions, including active Apple Care subscriptions. You could change to a different Apple ID, but to do that you lose all the credit cards in your Apple Wallet.
The reason I need to do this now is that I bought an Omron blood pressure meter here in Thailand that won't work with the Omron Connect app that I downloaded from the US App Store. (It does work with the Omron app my wife downloaded from the Thai App Store.)
So, what now?
