Switching application minimizes the ones in front?

Hi!

I've come across some weird behaviour I never noticed before. Without changing any setting at all my Snow Leopard system began acting in a new way. When clicking any application in the dock, it minimizes all open windows and only opens the one I pressed. This happens with everything, from Finder to other application.
The applications in front always minimizes.

Please help me out, can't figure this one out (same happens when changing app with CMD+Tab).
