I ported to Sprint (mistake) in August and decided to port back to AT&T since they're offering some nice deals through my employer (waived activation, extra off the phone and an extra $25 we like you discount).

Does anyone know if AT&T still has the 180 day rule before you're eligible to be a new customer with the discounts again?

I've been trying to find somewhere on their site and I'd hate to take a credit inquiry just to be told I need to pay full price.

Thanks

I always thought it was 90 days not 180. Right about now you would probably be considered a new customer. Doesn't hurt to call them and ask. I've ported out and ported back in a couple of times, but it was done within a month time.

59 days to take advantage of your old contract. If you are out of the 59 days then it's 180 days to be considered a "new" customer.

Is it 90 or 180?

Does anyone have a link to the policy that states either way?
