Switching Carriers, Ordering from Apple! Help?

Hey. Switching from T-mobile to AT&T. Can't stand T-Mobile.
No cheaper, and horrible coverage.

SO. To anyone who has done this, or is doing this:
What do I need to do to be able to order 3 new phones from Apple on AT&T Next on Saturday Morning?
