Switching Enclosures

I currently have two OWC external enclosures on my Mavericks 2012 Mini w/2 internal one TB HDDs.

Encl 1 is a FW800/USB3.0 encl, connected by FW, with a 240gig OWC SSD (clone of Internal HD1 with OS).

Encl 2 is a USB3.0 only enclosure with a 2TB HDD with two partitions (1- TimeMachine Backup of internal HD1 containing OS; 2- CCC backup of internal HD2 containing data only).

QUESTION: if I physically switch the SSD & HDD between enclosures will everything (including external boot from SSD, TM backup, and CCC scheduled backups) still work or will the enclosure switch confuse everything?

I was concerned, particularly with TM, that it picked up some sort of ID from the enclosure.

The ID, if it cares, would be on the drive itself.... not the enclosure or port.
