Switching FaceTime back to iPhone?

I’ve tried out FaceTime on the Apple TV. I foul it easier to switch to using FaceTime on the Apple TV if I’m using it on my iPhone or iPad, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to switch back. The only option I see is disconnect which terminates the call.

Any idea how to switch an Apple TV FaceTime call to another device?
