Switching FAN Discounts

I'm joining a new company that offers a better discount with AT&T. What's the best way to switch FAN Discounts? Can I just enter my new company email address through AT&T and it will automatically update or do I have to remove my previous FAN account first? Then re-enter the new one?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
