Switching Font Management Software

I am using FontAgent Pro and would like to try out the new version of Suitcase to see if works any better than the previous one that my system didn't agree with. Should I just grab all of the FontAgent files and move them to another location so I put them back if I don't like Suitcase Fusion? I'm trying to make this as easy as possible since the initial set up of FAP was extremely time consuming but worth it in the end.
