I have hundreds of apps on Android, how can I import their list and bulk download fr app store?

I dont think there is any way. You manually need to go in and search the app store for each individual app and download them.

No such thing as bulk download. Take screenshots of all your apps and view then on your computer or Android phone (if you're keeping it as a back up phone) and download one by one. Make sure you are on WiFi. :)

Sony is ahead of Apple in that: when you switch to Xperia, there is a PC app that checks software installed on your iPhone and propose you the alternative Android version of the same software house. Very useful !!

There's also one if you're switching from android to Windows Phone. I expect Apple could do something like this if they wanted to.
