Switching from AT&T to Verizon - Pre order

I am switching from AT&T to Verizon and pre ordered the iPhone 5 at 2:20 CST on Friday from Verizon. I have not gotten my confirmation email yet and my confirmation number is not working. Anyone else in the same situation experiencing this?

Placed order around 3:25am EDT on Verizon's website. Switching from AT&T. Received confirmation email at 3:56am stating "deliver by 9/21/12. Have received no further emails from Verizon.
