I have 2 unlimited data plans with verizon but the service where I live isn't great. I know sprints service is pretty good so I was wondering what's the best way to change services without incurring much cost? Is there a right time to switch while in ones billing cycle?? Is eBay my only option for selling my verizon phones? Thanks so much!

Just buy the phones from Sprint (or use your existing phones) and cancel the version account.
Sprint offres to pay your ETF, so canceling early shouldn't be an issue, but just for the sake of ease, if you don't have one, then the process is a bit simpler.
