Switching idevices from pc to new iMac

We have been using our jailbroken iphones and ipad on my dell computer via itunes syncing them,etc but just bought an iMac and want to use the itunes and phones on there how do I do that?
I dont want to lose all the hundred or so apps we have. How do I go about this?

go to music and then go to itunes ul find music and etc. in there cant find it then u can search it. copy the folder on to a flash drive or something to transfer with. and put it in the same folder on the mac
