Switching iPhone to another line what happens?

I just gave my iPhone to my Daughter in Law and put in on another line in our family plan. I have Mobile Me and do not want this to affect my contacts or calendar etc. Since it has a new phone number on the switched phone will that mess my stuff up on the original line on Mobile Me? Need help fast as she wants to delete my old contacts and I dont want them to be deleted on Mobile Me.

Now that's funny.

I just played around with my iPhone and figured out an answer.

Go to:
Settings
Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Under "Accounts", click on the mobile me or .mac account that you set up
You can then toggle back and forth the services that you want synched or not synched
