switching just itunes over from old PB to new MBP?

ok so i should be recieving my new Late 2008 MBP within the next couple of days. All i want from my PB is my music and my podcasts plus the 1 movie i bought off of itunes. i have it all stored on my iphone right now. I was wondering how would i get them onto my new MBP.

Also, how do i pair my iphone with the new MBP and have all the same things from the previous computer?

Connect the iPhone to your new MBP, authorize your computer to your iTunes account and copy the library to the MBP.
