Switching out SIM needed?

I'm assuming now that my wife has her 6, she should remove sim from 5S and put it in the 6 and be good to go?

On tmobile in case it matters.
 
Yes, this should work seamlessly. Just pop the old SIM in the new phone.
 
I did the same. I had a 5S and while in the Apple Store the person that was helping me actually did it for me. I have AT&T, if that maters.
