Switching Spaces While Screen Sharing

So I am trying to switch between "Screen Sharing" and my "Desktop" using the shortcut key to go left space to right space and visa versa. I am able to go RIGHT from desktop to Screen Shared Desktop. But I can not go the opposite way. Has anyone experienced this issue?
