Switching to Blackberry

Okay...so I have a locked 3G iphone with an ATT contract....can I buy a blackberry off ebay and change my ATT plan to a blackberry plan and not pay any ETF's etc.? Also, can I re-sell the iphone on ebay, craigslist, etc. after?

How long have you had the 3G iPhone? If its less than 30 days, I think at&t will want it back. At least that's what I've heard here at MacRumors.
