Switching Users while logged on and......

How do you switch between users while you are logged on. I understand this is entirely elementary, but, I do not know whatsoever. I've already done a thread search, but I think its probably so simple, no ones ever asked!?!?

Also, can anyone tell me how to get your name in the menu bar (next to the time in the menu bar)?

System Preferences > Accounts and click Login Options on the left. Check the box that says "Enable fast user switching". VOILA - name should appear in upper right of menu.

Thank you, that cured everything. My eyes were being blind to the Login Options, therefore, I was in the dark. Thanks again!
