You would expect a good show for that amount lol. last firework show i was at was the australia day fireworks in Perth. that was many moons ago.

I heard it cost $5 million, with about $1 million in actual fireworks.

I went to the NYE fireworks last year, just under the Bridge at Luna Park, but that's the 'back' side of the bridge. All the good stuff is better on the other side

This year's fireworks were great, but they weren't as good as previous years... there was way too much firework smoke gathering up around the Harbour Bridge to the point where you could barely see it! I understand there was heaps of fireworks on the bridge this year, but after a while they all turned into a nasty cloud of smoke.

I did like the symbol on the bridge this year though. Happy New Year everyone!
