Installed the Lion GM yesterday (clean install) and the one thing that's bothering me is Symbolic Links.
Every symlink I've made is hidden in finder. They show up in Open File dialogues etc, but otherwise they're hidden. The peculiar thing is that the below Terminal command doesn't unhide them.
(I have used multiple methods to make the symlinks; they all create a hidden symlink.)
chflags nohidden /Volumes/*volume*/*folder*
Anyone have any ideas how I can unhide my symbolic links? I've looked around these forums and other websites to no avail.
EDIT: I found that force-quitting the Finder caused the symbolic links to appear, and this only needs to be done once after each symlink has been made.
