Are you talking about Emoji? If so, then nope.

Even just in general, there's nothing you can install to your phone to modify other devices to display them.

I heard iOS 5 will display Emoji as an image or something like that. So in the near future iOS devices displaying those smileys WILL be able to be seen from other devices. I remember reading it.Just dont know where.

Thanks for the info about the new iPhone 5. I have several different apps. And none of my friends that have other phones can see these icons.

They should when iOS 5 IS RELEASED.. not now. because youre running iOS 4
