Sync 2 Folders, different extensions.

Hello


Is there anyway to sync 2 different folders with each folder containing the same named files but with different extensions?

To make it clearer what Im trying to do is have a master audio folder where I have my lossless music in album folders.. I want to sync this to another folder, convert it to mp3 and then keep this in sync with the master. So this process isn't repeated if the lossy files are present and are alternatively deleted if the lossless files have been deleted.

Any help much appreciated.
