Sync 3 iTunes Libs between Mac and Win

I have iTunes on my Mac and my Win-PC, both with 3 different Librarys. I made these Librarys with Libra 2, so I 3 different folders for the songs.
Now I want to keep these Libs sync on the Mac an the Win-PC which meens: add added files, delete deleted files both in the library and on the harddisc.

I found syncOTunes but this only looks in the standard iTunes folder for the files to sync and so it doesn't find my files in the different folders.

Anyone knows how to sync in my case?
