Sync and iPod through Airport USB Port?

Hej,

Does anyone know if I can use the USB port on my Airport Express to charge and sync my iPod from my iTunes library?

If so is it plug and play or do I need to make some adjustments.

I would love to free up my powerbook from the cables except for an occasional juice up from the power cord.
