Sync Apps on iphone (Formatted PC)

Hi guys

I am using an iphone, with appsync onnit.
I have loads of apps on it.

I had to format my PC, wich means i had to do a clean install itunes.

I resynced my phone (Photos contacts etc) But cannot resync the apps, it tells me it will clean the iphone to sync the new librabry.

Is there anyway to bypass this? Without having to reinstall all my apps in order for me to sync my applications?

right click on the phone in the left section of iTunes, and choose to backup, it will import, I believe any app and whatnot
If that doesn't work just right click and import bought items, should include songs that you bought on the phone and apps
