Sync Camera roll via wifi

Not sure about from phone to pc. I sync my camera roll to DropBox, however with free "CameraSync" app from iTunes app store. The pic's are almost available immediately on my PC via DropBox.
It's not free
and I wouldn't mind buying it if it it uploaded them without me having to open the app. I know it says it can upload them in the background but still I'd rather not have to even open it Why not just use photo stream?

Not being able to delete individual photos sucks. This will be available in iOS 5.1 I think and as much as I would like that feature, it's not worth giving up a jailbroken iPhone for. Unless they find a way to jb 5.1
I'm not a big fan in having apple own my pics, because they pass thou their server
