Sync causes appts to show 2 hours later on iphone

Hi,

I use Calendar on my macbook pro for appointments. When I sync with the iphone, the appointments are stored at a time that is two hours later than in the computer.

I've reset both the computer and iphone to the correct time zones.

Any suggestions on what I need to do?
