iPod touch Sync Contacts

Just got a new 16 GB iTouch (v1.1.4) and I'm trying to sync my Outlook 2003 contacts.

With my Nano I'm able to choose 'Selected groups' and then check the groups I want to sync.

With the iTouch, my only option is 'All Contacts' and the 'Selected groups' option in not enabled.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
