sync cracked apps to itunes 10?

hi guys
can someone show me how to sync cracked apps from installous to itunes 10 please. i got sync app 4.1 and remove metadata. i turned on itunes sync and remove metadata in installous settings. but it didn't work. i have an iphone 4 (4.0.1). Is it possible to sync cracked apps yet. Please help me out. thank you so much
